- Email, Chat and Voice Support: For clients, Client Success needs to answer inbound inquiries during assigned business hours.
- Customer Service Analysis: Collect Customer support requests and bugs, and relay these findings to the product and development teams to address these issues.
- System Evaluation: Evaluate our existing client success, identify bottlenecks, and work with engineering to develop tools to enable this function to scale.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Willing to work in Night Shift US (Timings).
- Fluent American Accent is preferable .
- Good Analytical Thinker.
- Good Presentation Skills.
