We are hiring Customer Success Specialist

  • Email, Chat and Voice Support: For clients, Client Success needs to answer inbound inquiries during assigned business hours.
  • Customer Service Analysis: Collect Customer support requests and bugs, and relay these findings to the product and development teams to address these issues.
  • System Evaluation: Evaluate our existing client success, identify bottlenecks, and work with engineering to develop tools to enable this function to scale.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Willing to work in Night Shift US (Timings).
  • Fluent American Accent is preferable .
  • Good Analytical Thinker.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
