  • Be the first point of contact after a client has signed.
  • Training client on the franchise management software in order for them to be familiar with the product.
  • Gather all information and ensure communication with the Development Team.
  • Maintaining a database of contact information and updating CRM.
  • Communication with the client to answer any questions and clear any confusion.
  • Knowledge of Hub Spots or other CRMs.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Experience needed or “nice to have” American Accent.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • Time Management And Analytical Skills.
