- Be the first point of contact after a client has signed.
- Training client on the franchise management software in order for them to be familiar with the product.
- Gather all information and ensure communication with the Development Team.
- Maintaining a database of contact information and updating CRM.
- Communication with the client to answer any questions and clear any confusion.
- Knowledge of Hub Spots or other CRMs.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Experience needed or “nice to have” American Accent.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Time Management And Analytical Skills.
